The College Buildings, Allied 3 x Hostel Buildings with allied concession areas (Mess, Canteen etc)and the 200 Bed Central Park Teaching Hospital have been Constructed by the Urban Developers as part of CSR. The Health & Education Foundation (NPO) is running the College/ Hospital.

Launched Multi Storied Apartments in 2010 located at Phase 8 on 27 Kanals, comprising full basement parking, 7 stories, 400 apartments, approx. covered area 800,000 sqft.

Launched IT Tower located in main gulberg Lahore. Building is developed on 9 Kanals and it have 13 stories. Design & Supervision by NESPAK, 5 Parking Basements with Car Lift, 2 x Lecture/ Cinema Halls, 376 Shops. 59 Offices, One 23000 sft Entertainment floor

2009 was one of the biggest year in company’s history. We launched Central Park Housing Scheme with 5400 Kanals, intended to be expanded to 10,000 Kanals. CPHS located at Main Ferozpur Road, Lahore.

Air Avenue Housing Scheme; 2280 Kanals, Project now taken over by the Defence Housing Authority Lahore w.e.f 18 July 2014 & called DHA Phase 8. However, certain finishing development works are in hand in hand to be executed by Urban Developers.

Launched phase 2 of Punjab Coop Housing Society in 2001 and completed F Block extensions by 2004.

Punjab Cooperative Housing Society (PCHS) is developed by the renowned Urban Developers, over an area of approximately 200 acres.
